Roles and responsibilities

• Provide project communication support and quality control against internal processes requirements
• Provide creation of users in internal and external systems
• Hold training on internal processes and related tools, new features and other changes to them
• Respond inquires on internal and external processes and systems applied in the company
• Handle bugs in software applied in the company
• Take part in deployment of paper-based processes automation software

Experience Skills Required Competencies

• Customer care / helpdesk
• IT/ Technical university graduate
• Azeri, English, Russian High business correspondence skills - in all languages, especially in English
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Customer, process, quality and result oriented
• Analytical skills

• Enthusiastic
• Continuous learning
• Self-starter, proactive
• Reliable

Working schedule:

Shifts:
• Monday-Saturday Tuesday-Sunday
• 08:00-16:30 or 11:30-20:00

Note: subject to change during Baku 2015 European Games period (starting from pre-games period)
