Duties & Responsibilities
 
To Provide Transportation/Logistics Support to Company Projects.
Daily Transportation of Company Personnel to/from work and to support team members in logistics and admin issues.
To follow traffic rules/procedures and to be responsible for safe and accurate driving.
Transportation of Company Personnel to/from work site/ port/ base/ airport and any other destination instructed by the authorized company rep.
Transportation / Delivery of company equipment to and from project sites and also for repair/calibration
Delivery and collection of mails, letters, invoices and other work related documents from /to clients and subcontractors if required.
Coordinate with work shop for upkeep and maintenance of company vehicles. To maintain vehicle log book.
To keep company vehicles in good condition. To keep company vehicles well maintained and clean. In case of any issues to report to the supervisor immediately.
Any other work as assigned by managers.

Other Duties:

Ensure compliance with Oceaneering HSEQ polices and systems.
Undertake other duties as required by the Company Management.

General

The list of job duties is not exclusive or exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake tasks that
may reasonably be expected within the scope of the post
Assist with any other duties as and when required
Undertake specific projects as instructed by management

Safety

Ensure that the Safety policies and procedures are understood and adhered to so far as is reasonably practicable  in order to ensure a safe working environment

Other

Carry out work in accordance with the Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems
Perform the assigned tasks with due diligence regarding the Integrated Management Systems on the Company
Eliminate waste of whatever form, to suggest the use of more environmentally friendly substances and practices
and contribute to the continuous improvement of the environment

Qualifications
 
High School Diploma    - P
Knowledge in English  - E        
Previous experience in a similar role min 5 years - E
Clean driving licence with required driving categories - E
MS Word, EXCEL =P
