Position: HSES Inspector

Job Responsibilities:

Check Permits to Work are in place and the conditions given in the Permit complied with.
Check if pre-task risk assessment, if required, are made.
Ensure PPE is correctly used.
Inspect that the critical operations are performed as planned (working at height, lifting, energy isolation, ground disturbance, driving and etc.)
Assist incident commander; Assist incident/accident investigation; Assist weekly/monthly statistical reports
To maintain Health and Hygiene program
Check if STOP system is effective
Implementation of HHSE standards and procedures including following point: Medical facilities, Resourse and Reporting
Fitness for task; Catering and accommodation; Fire safety; Plant/Site safety.
Assistance for Implementation Environmental Mitigation Measures and Environmental Protection Methods for the Project, according with local and Client requirements.
Assistance for Implementation the waste management plan.

Check if all transportation activities carried out under safe conditions (inspection and certification of drivers and equipment)
Conduct noise and light surveys
Ensure cleanness of extinguishers and eyewash /lens cleaning stations

Requirements for Candidate:

Higher Education
Relevant work experience – minimum 2 years
Fluency in  Azeri / English / Russian
Computer skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
