We contributed to the diffusion of a lot of services now provided by CT, developing a proper Downhole tools department able to find the way to get over technical issue never overcome before.
Smape is now the leading Oilfield Coiled Tubing, Pumping and Down-hole Tools services provider in the Italian & part of North Africa Market, Europe, Caspian Area, developing a long experience in the field. Smape has established a system that constant monitor the link efficiency between well-site and engineering department. We are constantly working out new products & services in order to get the best technical solutions for our clients laying emphasis in terms of safety, quality and environment.
Smape, and italian oil service company, is looking for a QHSE/HR administrator for its branch office located in Baku.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
• Supporting Corporate HR for expats requested licenses and docs (ex. W.P., R.P., etc.);
• Supporting Corporate HR for local recruiting activities;
• Recordin and managing local personnel medical check up;
• Preparing Q&HSE documentation according to Azeri local legislation, Branch active Client contract demands and Operation needs;
• Managing Q&HSE training program;
• Managing Smape branch PPE;
• Interface with local authority for administrative issues on behalf of head of branch;
• Supporting Corporate HR for local related issues;
• Attending conferences and training also abroad (headquarter in Italy or other locations), if requested;
• Delivering documents to local authorities including but not limited to banks, clients, etc.;
Requested:
University Master degree culture, fluency in English (MUST), azeri native speaker, fluency in russian, min. 2 years previous experience requested in structured companies (preferably international). Available to travel abroad occasionally.
Strong can-do attitude and high flexibility, ability to work with heads and colleague located abroad, natural problem solver with a 'think out of the box' approach.
