Procurement and Logistics Manager
Norm LLC has completed a construction of “Norm Sement” plant in Garadagh district of Baku city, with production capacity of 5 thousand tons of clinker per day and 2 million tons of cement per year and launched the cement production.
Requirements
Educational:
• University Degree in one of these fields: Accounting, Finance, Audit, Economics or Business Administration or any other economic related filed.
• 7+ years of total experience, 4+ years of experience as a manager
• negotiation, persuasion, supervisory, active listening and learning, analytical thinking, decision making, time management, presentation, and operations analysis skills
• MS Office programs use skills
• Fluent Azeri, English and Russian, other languages are advantage
Main Responsibilities:
Managing the “flow” of “products” and materials including purchasing, warehousing & transportation/ custom clearance/inbound weighbridges.
Planning and administering the sourcing off all materials required for the production process.
Negotiates major purchasing contracts with suppliers, reviews and process claims.
Analyses price trends, makes recommendations on the timing and quantity of purchases.
Analyses market & find new potential suppliers.
Review all tender and ASR documents.
Directs a team of specialists & support staff.
Play a key role in setting company strategy to insure the cost effective flow of materials.
Responsible for liaison, timely and accurate reporting to Senior Managers and Executives.
Determines appropriate storage, distribution & purchase, insuring that appropriate supply and stock levels are maintained to meet production & sales targets.
All other duties assigned by line manager
