Job Description

Technical

• Administration of pre-award and post-award subcontract documents
• Subcontracts document control in line with company policies and procedures and to satisfy internal and external audits
• Counselling Contract Holders on subcontract requirements
• Assisting Contract Holders to evaluate subcontractors and suppliers KPIs
• Administration of Subcontract and Procurement reports to End Users
• Implementation of departmental procedures once agreed by management
• Liaison with internal and external customers to remedy inconsistences between subcontracts and invoices 
• Prioritising and distribution of the workload among the team 

People

• Ability to build effective relationship with staff across all levels of the business and Client

Customers

• Internal customers are company operations, logistics and support management supervisors and management
• External customers are subcontractors, suppliers and Client

HSEQ

• Interface with HSEQ to ensure that all HSEQ requirements outlined in subcontracts are met and any internal changes approved by management is communicated effectively to sub contractors
• Monitoring and prevention of unsafe situations
• Ensure that annual HSEQ audits are conducted and actions closed
• Constantly look for and act in the ways that reduce health and safety risks, and the environmental, social, and security impact of work scope and initiate improvements
• Promote HSE culture among subordinates

Essential Skills
 
• 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in operations and construction environment within multinational company
• Thorough understanding of processes and procedures
• Good command of English and Azerbaijani languages
• Excellent computer skills (primarily word and excel)
• Ability to accurately handle paperwork and documentation
