Position: Project Manager Assistant

About Organisation:

“Edumedia-Azerbaijan” LLC is provider of interactive learning solutions. We bring and develop integrated, interactive offerings into classroom as well as into the business and government sectors in Azerbaijan.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in managing and supervising all phases of assigned projects.
• Prepare and manage schedules.
• Assist in negotiating with freelance staff
• Work with the Project Manager to manage the project budget and approve all expenses.
• Contract Administration.
• Work with the Project Manager to perform project punch-list inspection(s), in coordination with superintendent and the owner’s representative, and issue punch list to all relevant subcontractors.
• Manage the submittal process.
• Communicating with teachers, translators, editors, videomakers etc

Requirements

• University degree
• Fluent Azeri, upper-intermediate English and Russian
• Computer skills
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office
• Online information sourcing and internet knowledge
• Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good organizational skills
• Excellent written skills
• Ability to work within deadlines
• Flexible and quick in responding within short notice period
• Self-motivated and determined
