Position: Administrative Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
• Ensuring admin support to other departments to keep the other professional positions focused on their primary responsibilities
o Organize internal and external meetings, teambuilding activities
o Arranging mail distribution, printing and reproduction and transportation services
o Arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials;
o Conducting market research such as customer questionnaires;
o Contributing to and developing marketing plans and strategies;
o Prepare press releases and contact people in the media;
o Support Administrative Coordinator on rental issues (apartments, transport, office equipment) in case of necessity;
o Support Administrative Coordinator on ordering hotel reservation, ailiner and railway tickets;
o Support Administrative Coordinator on preparation of brochures, booklets, visiting-cards, calendars, blanks and other printing and promo materials as well as on rational use of them within and outside of the Company;
o Arranging visas and registration issues for expatriates
o Examine technology usage and property needs to plan for long-term maintenance, modernization and replacement (printers, fax machines and etc.)
o Keeping detailed record of all household inventories (equipment, furniture, stationery and etc.)
o Carrying out inventory of office equipment
o Purchases printed materials and stationery by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery
o Other duties as assigned
Requirements for Candidate:
Higher Education (preferably in Marketing, Business Administration)
Relevant work experience – minimum 3 years
Fluency in Azeri / English / Russian
Computer skills
Excellent communication, organizational and management techniques
Good interpersonal skills.
Hard and dynamic worker
