Job Description:

• Design and develop architectural plans and concepts using special software (Archicad,Autocad,Revit) 
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
• Review and modify designs to meet project requirements, regulations, and client needs.
• Ensure all architectural work complies with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Coordinate with construction teams to provide guidance and support during the construction phase.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in Revit or ArchiCad, AutoCAD, Lumion and Rhino 
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite – Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Indesign
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian languages, English is preferred.
