Quality Control Inspector

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1.            Is responsible to carry out on line inspection as per Product specifications and SOP.
2.            Is responsible to check visual  & dimensional parameters of Inward material , and record them in the inspection report and get is approved.
3.            Should maintain and update all inspection / testing reports and get it approved from quality manager.
4.            Is responsible to follow and maintain all the internal standards used for product inspection & testing as defined through S.O.P .
5.            Handle all measuring equipment carefully and ensure that no damages are happened to instruments.
6.            Conduct dimensional and physical property testing on the product samples for Machine Start Up approval as per the standard formats used.
7.            Assist the quality manager in any internal or external customer audit & maintain all necessary ISO documents.
8.            Maintain all samples of the new development products and properly identify them and store properly for reference at any given time . ( Master Samples , Customer Approved )
9.            Assist the quality manager in updating and maintaining all the ISO S.O.P, documents and controlled specifications, records.
10.          Should maintain, clean and hygienic ways of working and follow the company policies and rules.
11.          Should be involved in the Trials for new product development and make Trail reports as and when required. Update the reports in soft copy and report them to Quality manager.
12.          Is responsible to maintain all ISO & FSMS documents as per the method defined by the quality systems, and conduct 5 S Housekeeping audits as informed by Quality manager.
 
Required Abilities:

•             Good understanding of a regulatory environment.
•             Excellent attention to Inspection and Hygiene.
•             Understanding of English language able to understand & speak, general mathematics and calculations.
•             Exhibit professional appearance and attitude and act in harmony with fellow employees.
•             Self-motivated and reliable.
•             Excellent hand/eye coordination
•             Maintain proper personal hygiene & dress code.
 
Intermediate / Technical Graduation / Diploma. Minimum 1 year of experience in online product inspection & approval process .
