Education: Technical Bachelor’s Degree
Work experience: Area and Length: Mandatory 1 years in IT/ telecommunication
Computer Knowledge and Skills: Advanced MS Office and basic Access, MapInfo/TEMS investigation,Actix/Atoll knowledge
Languages Skills: Advanced knowledge of Azeri, English languages
Personal skills: Ability to perform under pressure, ability to solve problems. Ability to work in team.
Main responsibilities:
(Main, essential, regular tasks & duties to be done. Responsibilities for team, processes & programs coordination and management)
• Know and be able to use TEMS(14&9) equipment different configuration
• Collect data to determine the radio propagation coverage and network quality of wireless technologies around existing and prospective sites, cities and highway corridors.
• Perform post-processing and analysis of collected data and produces plots of data.
• Develop drive routes and adjust as necessary to obtain measurement requirements and objectives.
• Identify faults in equipment and software and resolve with vendor technical support.
• Development and maintain reports identifying problems and anomalies associated with drive testing trips.
• Maintain company vehicle and drive test equipment to ensure top operating condition.
• Analyze data from drive test and propose new site radio settings (antenna azimuth, tilts etc...) to achieve desired optimized coverage
• Statistical analysis and maintain KPIs
• Drive test analysis & reporting
• Cluster acceptance testing
• Benchmark, rehome, indoor testing.
• Network problem trouble shooting
• Customer complaint resolutions
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of 2G&3G Network
• Periodic Drive test of assigned cluster
• RF Survey for new site requirements
• Analyze logs using tools to produce statistics
• Proactively resolve RF Optimization field issues
• Drive test for BSC Migration
• Working on Holidays and out of office hours if required
• Working after 18:00 (overtime) if required
• Travelling to Business trip to regions if required
• Drive a car
Special professional skills: Possession of driving license is highly preferred (1years)
