Position: Personal Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Answers telephone calls
• Maintains diaries
• Arranges appointments
• Takes messages
• Types and word processes
• Organizes and services meetings (produces agendas and takes minutes)
• Manages databases
• Prioritizes workloads
• Booking flights and hotels
• Preparing and conducting presentations
• Traveling if required
• Alternates the Manager (if required/appointed)

Requirements:

• Excellent English, Russian, Azerbaijani
• Excellent communication and personal characteristics, presentable
• 6 days working from 8 am till 6pm but may be extra working hours/days
• Ability to work under pressure
• Flexibility
• Some technical knowledge is a plus
• Office location Baku centre
