Job title: Accountant (7 month temporary contract)

Net Salary: 1200AZN

Workplace: Plant in Balakhani
Condition: Office is in administrative building attached to the Plant
Working hours from 8:00 to 17:00 for 5 days in a week (Monday to Friday)

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance
Deep knowledge in local tax legislation       
Fluency in English, Russian and Azerbaijani
Consent to work under temporary contract

Job description:

- Book daily invoices in accounting softwares Oracle and 1C and follow up the process till payment
- Book payments of invoices and VAT’s payments to the system
- Issue VAT invoices to the customers
- Manage the cash flow, reconcile petty cash and conduct cash book
- Contact with bank for the payments and follow up all procedures regarding the payments to local suppliers as well as to foreign, withdrawal of money from a bank account, conversion etc
- Make payments via internet banking
- Enter double entries approved by Finance Manager in the system
- Open salary account and ordering salary cards for the employees
- Book monthly payroll
- Prepare VAT monthly reports and quarterly reports to Tax Office and State Social Protection Fund
- Assist in various matters requested by Finance Manager
