Arrivals and Departure Systems Manager

Purpose
 
The role of the Arrivals and Departures team is to ensure that all authorised clients and their luggage arrive and transfer to their accommodation with no problems. The team is also responsible for ensuring clients depart the Baku smoothly.
The Arrivals and Departure Systems Manager needs to ensure that data is validated in order that all information and reports will be correct

Key accountabilities
 
• Create process to capture all arrivals and departure information
• Manage changes to data
• Train the arrivals and departures team on all systems
• Data management and validation
• Work with the Senior Arrivals Manager to develop best arrivals and departures data capture and reporting system
• Work with other Arrival and Departure Managers to create  required reports to enhance efficient arrivals and departures
• Manage the capture and changes of all arrival and departure data
• Develop relationships with other functional areas to observe best practice

Knowledge, experience and qualifications required
 
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven track record of leading a team
• A strong focus on customer service
• An ability to solve problems under pressure
• HR experience an advantage
• Displays highest level of commitment
• Scheduling experience
• Risk Management
• Experience of working on a major sporting event an advantage
• Team player who can work on their own initiative
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse client group and wide range of function areas
