Baku Airport Transport Manager
Purpose
To implement the plan, stage and manage Transport operations of Clients Transport Systems at Baku Airport
Key accountabilities
• Liaise effectively with BEGOC’s appropriate Functions to resolve Transport System operations and accessing issues in the Baku Airport as a Venue.
• Professionally represent the Clients Transport Systems function in cross-functional planning meetings of relevant level and as required
• Compile and process all crucial information related to the Baku Airport Transport operations and delivery to those Client Groups the committed Levels of Services
• Compile the plan for the establishment of the required Transport Areas for the Clients Transport System vehicles and liaise with the appropriate BEGOC Functions and Baku Airport Authority, for sourcing and establishment of this area in conjunction with his immediate superior.
• Articulate and deploy the required operational plans for all aspects and phases of the Baku Airport Transport Operations and ensure that all involved staff is trained appropriately
• Ensure the on time recruitment and training of support staff, as required
Knowledge, experience and qualifications required
• Previous experience in Passengers Transportation Systems, or similar position, in previous Games of equal or higher scale and intensity as European Games
• Graduate level education
• Fluent in English language
