Job Title: Ticketing Special Programme Manager

Key accountabilities:

Pre-Games Services

• Developing strategic promotional and sales plans for all Baku2015 events
• Preparing the necessary presentations and documentation (strategies, agreements, guidelines and procedures)
• Establishing, leading and managing the liaison with state and local government management
• Developing cross-channel communication strategy for special projects ticket sales in Azerbaijan
• Implementing special events in order to achieve full stadia
• Cooperating closely with marketing, press, communication in developing and implementing special sales promotional events
• Management of external communication to provide ticketing information, timings and procedures to all involved target groups
• Managing ticket allocations amongst client groups and executing the whole ticket process  (order, confirmation, payment, allocation, distribution) including the final reconciliation
• Leading a team of special sales projects specialists
• Support the planning, organization and delivery of Test Events
• Developing policies and procedures related to special projects
• Evaluation and analysis of special programme data in terms of efficiency of the ongoing ticketing operations in order to maximise the final results
• Selecting, training and managing a team of local staff to be deployed at all venues during games time

Games-Time Services

• Coordinating Ticketing Special programme Operations by coordinating the venue staff and spectators attendance at all venues
• Monitoring and analyzing daily results in order to maximise spectator’s attendance at all venues
• Providing a support at FSCC and Crisis management centre as part of the centralized management services offered to all client groups
• Managing daily reporting system with statistical data provision

Knowledge, experience and qualifications required:

• At least 5 years of Large Event Sales and Marketing experience
• Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in senior management and in implementing projects at a high level with a strong attention to detail
• Experience of working in previous Games special programme operations is essential
• A track record of working in a multi-cultural team effectively
• University degree or equivalent
• Knowledgeable in ticket system architectures and quota management
• Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent knowledge of the Games spectators operations
• Ability to operate in a dynamic working environment, handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Experience of working in an environment that deals with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
• Strong ability to maintain working relationships with governmental departments
• Displays the highest levels of integrity and commitment
• Demonstrates an ability to deliver excellent results whilst under pressure
• Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic department
• A positive problem-solving attitude
