Main qualifications for position of Marine Superintendent are:

- Master Mariner in compliance with STCW IΙΙ/2; class 1 certificate and Command experience in the offshore industry mandatory.
- Should be able to maintain contacts with clients and experience in dealing with government departments.
- Minimum 5 years of sea experience as Captain of offshore support vessels;
- Minimum 5 years of shore experience as  Marine superintendent. / Asst. Operations manager or similar/higher.
- Excellent Knowledge of offshore support vessels and First hand service on AHTS / PSVs, DP Vessels.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Able to work under pressure;
- Strong Leadership skills and experience of supervision  a fleet of approx 15 offshore vessels is very important.
