OBJECTIVE:
Ensuring of proper administering, supporting, optimization and developing of current and future software in the Company
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure the maintenance and working of currently used software, e.g. Retail System in required terms e.g speed and working closely with Management to collaborate on requirements for software and recommend solutions
Ensure designing, testing, delivering and supporting new software modules and products.
Ensure timely backup, restoring and optimization of all used databases
Ensure prompt response to service problems, assign and manage priorities and coordinate resolutions
Ensure technical feasibility assessments, giving recommendations and taking necessary measures
Ensure developing of new requested reports for Report System
Ensure presenting and implementation of innovative ideas for product and process improvements

Knowledge
MSSQL administration
MSSQL, T-SQL- programming language

MS Visual Studio
Retail programs
Skills
