Caspian Investment and Development Corporation (“CIDC Baku LLC”) is embarking on a major project in the production of fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) and the production of raw materials to facilitate this strategy with the development of a new plant.

Following successful commencement of Production the Baku based state of the art manufacturing works requires the assembly of a project team with high skill, proven potential and the ability to drive the vision of CIDC. 

We are currently looking for Head of Sales Department to join the Company.

The duties will include (but not limited to):

• To research analyze and evaluate the competitive market environment
• Monitor threats and opportunities and amend actions where necessary, to ensure Brand, Product/Sales development
• Develop new strategies, tactics, and plans for future growth of company’s database
• Contributing to and executing Marketing Strategy
• Generate reports based on facts to be presented before the senior managers, and shareholders
• Build up a better customer relationship, understand their needs, and try to make them satisfied without compromising with the company profits.
• Analyze the sales team, and check if the work there is going on smoothly or not. Make amendments in the team members if necessary
• Representing company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
• Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions;
• Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations;
• Establish performance goal for each employee, and monitor if the employee is able to meet up the expectations or not.

Skills and Qualifications:

• University degree in BA or Marketing (International background is an advantage).
• Minimum 5 years experience (FMCG -Paper products i.e. tissue, hygiene  or baby diapers is advantage) and bigger retail chains
• Self starting person, taking responsibilities and initiatives
• Deliver high quality and ultimate work
• Strong knowledge of MS Office
• Fluent in English, Azeri and Russian
• Outstanding Communication, and Negotiation skills
• Understand the basic business policies
• Being good at report preparations, and data analysis work
