Following successful commencement of Production the Baku based state of the art manufacturing works requires the assembly of a project team with high skill, proven potential and the ability to drive the vision of CIDC. 

We are currently looking for a Lawyer to join our Company.

The duties will include (but not limited to):

Advising to management on commercial contracts and agreements, company law, government law, international law and corporate compliance;
Prepare and review agreements, contracts, notices and other legal documentation relating to all aspects of the business of the company;
Anticipate and guard against legal risks facing the company, develop and recommend company policy and position on both legal and business issues;
Assists to management team in all legal contractual negotiations;
Interpreting laws, rulings and regulations;
Manages contract monitoring, contract administration and compliance;
Attends client liaison meetings as required;
Responsible for providing high level, accurate legal advice in a mixed case load of local government law areas;
Represents the company in civil and administrative proceedings;
Advising internal departments around legal requirements

Requirements and skills for this position:

University degree in Law (International background is an advantage).
Qualified lawyer with a minimum 4+ experience as a corporate lawyer;
Knowledge of Civil, Labor, Criminal, Taxes, Insurance and Contract Law, the basic norms of International law;
Ability to communicate persuasively and clearly, both orally and in writing;
Ability to solve problems in a methodical and practical way;
Ability to communicate and express information in written and oral form in Azeri and English;
Highly skilled in negotiating and debating.
Fluent in English, Azeri and Russian
