Visual Merchandiser

Overal purpose:

To support the Store to achieve business results through providing friendly efficient customer service and maintaining excellent Product Presentation Standards
 
Maintain Visual Standards
 
        Maintain Visual Standards to maximise sales, through: -
•         Carrying out daily visual housekeeping within the store and windows to maintain visual presentation standards
•         Ensuring merchandise on mannequins and photographic are adjacent to and supported by volume of stock/sizes within the department
•         Following window merchandise guidelines in selecting the photographed product
•         Maintaining mannequin standards on a daily basis, ensuring all wearing current available stock in line with Brand Profiles
•         Maintaining product presentation and visual format layout throughout the store, working closely with the store team
•         Ensuring correct pricing in windows as per Window Visual Formats ensuring legal compliance
•         Reviewing in store mannequins on a daily basis to help Sales Managers identify sales opportunities from in store displays
•         Ensuring the maintenance and up-keep of all mannequins, props, lighting and window equipment
•         Ensuring ticketing and excess promotional material, mannequins and props are stored safely and in an orderly manner
•         Passing on new and specialist/visual knowledge and skills to new/existing team members
•         To plan all VM issues in the Store according to the marketing Calendar and Debenhams Standards
•         Use B2B on daily basis, check and implement updates
•         To ensure if all necessary marketing, promotion materials, equipments and etc. are in stock. In case of non-stock to make preparation and order them in time.
•         Every Morning to make Store Walk as per VM checklist
•         Provide all communication between Store / Company and Mall Management, obtain all necessary permissions in time
•         Safely keeping all VM materials and equipments
•         Discuss all issue with Line Manager in time
•         Instruct Sales team and VM Assistant to implement merchandising standards in each department. Make the first samples, gives necessary advises and instructions and provide necessary actions in order sales team will be able to execute merchandising standards independently.
•         To prepare and approve from Store Manager the list of the goods needed to implement mannequin’s visual merchandising standards.  Only after Store Manager’s approval VM is allowed to put off tags from the merchandises.
 
Presentation Standards 

•         Achieve excellent presentation standards in accordance with Company guidelines, through: -
•         Ensuring stock options/ranges are maintained as outlined in the CVs (Customer Visuals) and Product Presentation Guidelines
•         Replenishing and recovering stock to ensure options and sizes are available at all times
•         Ensuring products are displayed using end of arm dressing and accessorisation as per Product Presentation Guidelines
•         Ensuring customers are able to view and select items with ease
•         Using Price Change Management accurately to change prices as requested
•         Ensuring that the work area is clean and litter free at all times
 
Requirements:

- Experience in a similar position
- Excellent English language
