Infinity LLC is looking for a  Shop  Manager  (Female Candidates only)

Accountabilities:

Maximise Sales performance
Deliver consistently high customer service standards
Maintain high visual standards throughout the trading calendar.
Drive high performance with implementation of any promotional activity.
Be aware and drive profit performance within the store.
Effectively lead and develop the team

Key responsibilities:

Identify and communicate sales opportunities to merchandise team.
Effectively implement promotional focus required.
Monitor competitor activity and external forces, taking action where necessary.
Analysing reports to make informed commercial decisions.
Work in conjunction with the Visual Manager and management team to implement and maintain visual excellence both in prime trading and during promotional activity.
Maximising availability of product and ensure optimum stock representation is achieved on the sales floor with an accurate pricing policy.
Coach team to maximise their performance and understand the company requirements and their contribution to achieving these.

Work experience as Shop Manager
Effective Leadership
Commercial awareness
Strong communication skills
Effectively delegates
Able to manage large quantities of information whilst dealing with main objective
Organised
Able to problem solve
Team player
Excellent in Azeri, English, Russian
Experions in similar position at least 3 years
