JOB TITLE: SPA MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage overall operations of the SPA;
• Manage and carry out procedures with a current knowledge of new treatments and spa trends
• Ensure all treatments comply with current legislation and company standards
• Meeting department annual budget and be accountable for maintaining and operating within financial targets as well as net movement
• Maintain awareness of department security related to cash, stock and equipment and ensure all department procedures are followed
• Knowledge and skills in fitness or in massage

Requirements

Sex:  Male
Age: 28-40

KNOWLEDGES AND SKILLS

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position
• Passion for customer service;
• Knowledge of the spa trends and respective qualifications;
• Leadership competence;
• Fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian and perfect knowledge of English, any other language beneficial;
• Strong communication skills and quality / customer oriented behavior.
