Your Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting students, parents, and visitors with a positive attitude;
- Manage incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate staff members;
- Direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members or departments;
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area;
- Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings;
- Handle school correspondence and distribute it accordingly;
- Support with data entry, filing, and maintaining records;
- Provide information to prospective and current families about school programs, activities, and admissions procedures;
- Assist in the enrollment and registration process for new students;
- Foster positive relationships with parents and guardians by addressing their queries and concerns courteously and efficiently.
Our Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in Azerbaijani, English and Russian;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook;
- Customer service orientation.

- Capacity to receive positive, constructive feedback;
- Must be extremely organized, self-motivated and capable of thriving in a rapidly changing environment while managing constantly shifting priorities;
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- Excellent attention to details and accuracy;
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
