Cost Engineer

Job description

- Assessing risks.
- Doing cost estimates.
- Update trends, budget revisions, actual costs, and cost reporting.
- Forecasting.
- Reviewing proposed schedules.
- Implementing bets practices.
- Performing cost control.
- Analyzing variances.
- Work schedule: 6 days in week, from 08.00 till 17.00.
- Salary: 1500-2000

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in economics or construction.
- Fluent written and spoken Azerbaijani, Russian. (English is advantage )
- Minimum 3 years of experience in international construction projects.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Very good technical, methodological and process know-how.
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, AutoCAD).
- Able to work with the  estimate prices of 1991
- Able to prepare scope of the works
- Self-starter with the initiative to take on necessary tasks and issues with limited direction and supervision.
- Able to prepare reports.
