Position required: Construction Site Supervisor

Location: Baku, Azerbaijan
Terms: Temporary
Sinteks Group of Companies is the Fashion/Jewelry/Food&Beverage Retailer in Caucasus with more than 500 brands in it’s portfolio in the Region. A current activity of the Sinteks Group of companies is Franchising of fashion, jewelry and F&B brands: Gucci, Dolce&Gabbana, Burberry, Emporio-Armani, Valentino, Chaumet, Gloria Jeans Coffee and others.
Responsibilities:
* Control of contractor resources and follow up construction schedule
* Daily site inspection/inspection of works
* Monitor all finishing works e.g. Painting, Gypsum Boards, and ceilings Tiling, Doors, Windows, Furniture, Carpentry and Masonry Works, Plaster, MEP works
* Ensure good finishing quality for all civil and interior works
* Conduct Quantity Surveying; Implement Safety Standards in the Project Site
* Report to the Project Manager any problems / deviations from design / shop drawings
Requirements:
* 3 years experience as an Engineer in a Construction
* Experience in execution and finishing construction works
* Software technical skills: Auto Cad, MS Office
* Intermediate level in English; Fluent Azeri and Russian
