Application Project Manager

Key accountabilities

• Manage Application implementation plans including activities, schedules, and quality assurance of deliverables.
• Coordinate the implementation team to support the business requirements collection, analysis and testing of software solutions.
• Analyse, review and validate functional requirements, system features, integration requirements, security requirements, and scalability and performance requirements.
• Serve as the customer liaison between customer groups and external providers.
•  Solves problems and issues by using research, analysis and consultation to reach sound conclusions.
• Proposes and delivers solutions for complex matters, including technical issues.
• Communicates a value proposition effectively and with impact, identifying key issues and articulating actions.
• Addresses situations before they become crises and develops solutions to avoid recurrence.

Knowledge, experience and qualifications required

• 7 + years of experience in the technology delivery within a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong management experience of business analysis and software development either as a buyer or a manager within a software house
• Proficient in Azerbaijani and English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Very well organised and capable to meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate effectively and sensitively and establish effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
