Responsibilities:
- Determine process inputs, outputs, sequence, and interactions; the resources needed for these processes; and the associated responsibilities, risks, and opportunities.
- Determine and apply criteria and methods needed to ensure the effective operation and control of these processes.
- Utilize process mapping techniques to document workflows.
- Analyze data and gather insights to understand the strengths and weaknesses of existing workflows.
- Recommend changes to workflows, procedures, and systems to enhance overall productivity.
- Ensure that process documentation is accessible and understandable for relevant stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to understand their requirements and incorporate feedback into process improvements.
- Create process models, diagrams, and documentation to illustrate proposed changes.
- Assess and recommend technology solutions that can enhance and automate business processes.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented processes to identify further opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field.
- Fluent or native Azerbaijani speaker.
- English level B1.
- 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Familiarity with basic business processes and an understanding of process analysis methodologies.
- Basic experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., MS Visio, BPMN).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with technology solutions and their application in process improvement.
