Responsibilities:
- Lead IT training center team.
- Evaluate employee performance.
- Ensure compliance and standards.
- Maintain competitive, motivated environment.
- Manage staffing and recruitment.
- Oversee lesson quality and teacher programs.
- Develop marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Negotiate partnerships.
- Provide employee training.
- Set and achieve strategic goals.
- Manage finances and call center.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Management, IT, or related.
- 3-5 years experience.
- Proficiency in Azerbaijani and a good command of English.
- Strong communication and management skills.
