Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and improve QHSE management systems, processes and procedures to support business operations in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
• Maintain QHSE Management system at all times ensure that records generated according to the system
• Conduct internal Audits and Participate in External Audits
• Registers all NCs generated from Internal & External audits and clients complaints and Follow up, Ensure that all NCs are closed out timely Manner and evidences are recorded in system.
• Communicates information on the QHSE Management System throughout the organization and promotes HSE awareness through various communication channels i.e. TBT, inductions, training, campaigns, flyers, discussions, emails etc. in consultation with all relevant departments.
• Undertake QHSE inspections internally as per the approved inspection program of the company. Follows up on the preventive and / or corrective actions identified during the inspections and monitors the timely closing of the actions in coordination with other departments.
• Develops, facilitate and review QHSE risk assessments for routine and non-routine activities in consultation with the operations team.
• Record QHSE key performance indicators on a monthly basis and issue reports as necessary. Suggest and advise changes to ensure continuous improvement on any additional effective KPIs to be added in the system as part of continual improvement.
• Actively participate in the HSE incident investigations and prepare required reports in consultation with management.
• Establish and maintain Project Quality and HSE Plans, and ensure that HSE and Quality targets & requirements are understood by the project organization

Required Qualifications And Experience:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in QHSE in Oil and Gas Industry
• Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 17025
• Auditor Certificate
• Effective time management, organizational and self-discipline skills
• Good understanding of Integrated Management Systems and Continuous Improvement concepts.
• Strong service orientation and related skills

Work Place: Office or Onshore sites

Salary: 1400AZN (Net) + 100azn (Food allowance)
