Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in an international setting;
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, Employee Life-Cycle;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels;
  • Culturally sensitive and adaptable to working in diverse environments;
  • Readiness for business trips;
  • Knowledge of English - at least Intermediate level, Russian – Upper-Intermediate.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle: preboarding, onboarding, adaptation, retention, development, evaluation, engagement and offboarding.
  • Hold effective 1-1 with employees;
  • Collaborate with managers to identify and resolve issues using best practices to create a positive work environment.
  • Assist in investigating and resolving workplace issues and conflicts;
  • Provide expert HR guidance and support to employees on various matters, including compensation, benefits, and policies;
  • Manage HR Data, make analytics and reports;
  • Readiness to take part in various HR projects;
  • Travel to Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan as needed to support business operations and employee relations;
  • Manage the preparation of team-building events and other corporate events, cultivating a positive and united work culture
