Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing the architecture of IT monitoring solutions, taking into account the needs of the customer.
- Deploying Dynatrace solutions in the course of pilot projects in test and real customer environments.
- Development of new solutions and use cases.
- Conducting presentations and demonstrations for technical staff and executives.
- Provide technical support and training to partners and customers.
You are our ideal candidate if:
- You have knowledge of modern technologies used in IT infrastructure (MS AD, TS/RDS/VDI, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, HTTP(S), SMTP, etc.)
- Understand the principles of virtualization and dynamic architectures.
- You have an understanding of how web applications work.
- You have practical skills in deploying and configuring Windows or Linux systems.
- You have at least Intermediate level of English.
It will be an advantage if:
- You have experience with Zabbix, Ubiquiti, or other monitoring systems.
- You are familiar with Docker, K8s (Kubernetes), OpenShift - it will be great!
