Responsibilities:

• Lead the collection, cleaning, and analysis of data across various sources to support business decision-making.
• Develop and implement advanced data analysis, data mining, and data visualization techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Work closely with project teams to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions and recommendations.
• Design and maintain data systems and databases; this includes fixing coding errors and other data-related problems.
• Create automated anomaly detection systems and constant tracking of its performance.
• Building data-driven decision-making processes in various projects
• Lead and manage data analysis projects from inception to completion
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Become an expert in translating stakeholder needs into specific analyses, metrics, or reports that yield actionable insights.
• Mentor junior data analysts and contribute to the team's knowledge sharing and skill development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in a data analyst role, with a proven track record of manipulating, processing, and extracting value from large disconnected datasets.
• Advanced proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R)
• 4+ years of experience in developing Tableau, Power BI, and Apache Superset dashboards, and managing users and permissions.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• 3+ years of professional experience writing and testing MSSQL/PostgreSQL.
• Experience in mentoring or leading a team is highly desirable.
• Working experience in data warehouse and ETL.
