Consumer Collecting Manager / BTL Manager
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERSONALITY
with a talent for the position of "Consumer Collecting Manager"
for Azerbaijan
How Red Bull imagines you:
Several years of experience managing people and teams (Marketing or HR)
Minimum 2 year of experience executing or being involved in promotional/BTL activities and in the student community
Excellent interpersonal, communication & organizational skills
Fluent Azeri/English/Russian is a must
Young, result oriented, proactive personality, ability to deal with local authorities
What Red Bull expects from you:
Managing two functions:
1) Wings Team
Ensuring the Wings Team are true Red Bull representatives and a tangible face of the brand. They are accountable for ensuring that the Wings Team approaches consumers in a natural and unforced way to:
communicate product benefits and functionality
drive trial by supplying consumers with the product in relevant occasions to gain consumer understanding and the probability of repurchase
2) Student Brand Managers
Guiding and supporting Student Brand Managers to drive Red Bull trial, increase brand awareness and foster a positive product and brand perception within their respective university.
