Main requirements:

• 2- 4 years work experience preferably as a Digital Media/Interactive Marketing project manager or development manager in a multinational environment
• Experience and an excellent eye for detail in web and digital media. An understanding of productions across own, earned and paid digital media is desired
• Excellent understanding of local/International digital landscape in regards to websites/competitors, social networks and mobile apps/sites. Knowhow/passion on gaming is a plus
• An excellent understanding of how to communicate with different audiences and strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to negotiate, influence and build rapport at all levels, and to explain complex issues in plane language
• Excellent organisational and project planning/management skills coupled with the ability to work in a self-directed manner
• Ability to work and build relationships with a range of partners, stakeholders and external contractors
• Ability to influence and advise wider team
• Highly efficient and effective project management and organisational skills

Purpose of the job:

• Supporting and development of the national digital strategy:
o Develops and implements the digital Communications business plan
o Leads and operates Red Bull’s own digital channels: corporate web site, event web sites, groups in social networks
o Constantly identifies, analyzes and aligns the latest digital media trends and emerging technologies. In alignment with both the Red Bull Media House Digital Media Team as well as the local Marketing/Communications Team in order to make sure that relevant trends are integrated into Red Bull (country) strategy, followed by its execution.
o Benchmarks best practice examples in and outside the world of Red Bull relevant for Red Bull owned media channels and shares local best practices quarterly with Red Bull Media House
o Developing and executing of digital strategy for local Red Bull events (including web advertising, SEM etc.)
• Execution of all digital media activities on the local market:
o Manages the redbull.az as number 1 priority (operational & strategy), including lead of community relations = community management and a strong focus on live experience.
o Increases visits, increases unique visitors, increases repeat visit rate, increases search engine referrals, increases conversion rate from social networks, reduces bounce rate
o Ensures all relevant digital communication channels are managed and activated in line with international strategy (web, online, mobile, games, social media activities, etc.)
o Makes sure that the editorial message to consumers (text, photo, moving images) is web tailored, user-oriented, engaging, up-to-date and accurate.
• Is in charge of digital product development (games, apps)
• Collaborates with the Digital Media Editorial Team at the Red Bull Media House to maximize efficiencies for content production across digital platforms (e.g. creation, production, distribution and evaluation)
• Ensures technical standards and requirements are being met
