Sinteks Group of Companies is the Fashion/Jewelry/Food&Beverage Retailer in Caucasus with more than  500 brands in it’s portfolio in the Region. A current activity of the Sinteks Group of companies is Franchising of fashion, jewelry and F&B brands: Gucci, Dolce&Gabbana, Burberry, Emporio-Armani, Valentino, Chaumet, Gloria Jeans Coffee and others.

JOB OBJECTIVES:

Organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures, supply of beverage and stationary, office maintaining

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring of necessary conditions of work (cleaning, lighting, temperature control and etc.),
• Ensuring and maintaining of office equipment (photocopiers, fax machines, phone systems and etc.) in readiness for operation,  responding and implementation of requests for new additional equipments
• Inventory management: maintain and replenish inventory, ordering all the supplies of stationery and equipment needed to run an efficient and professional office, keeping track of when supplies are running low, and making sure goods are ordered before they run out.
• Recording office expenditure and managing the budget;
• Responsibility for organization of work places(desk, chair, stationary) and pass card for new employees
• Material and technical support of meetings, presentations, trainings and other events.
• Responding to employees enquiries and complaints regarding office needs;
• Other duties additionally might be assigned.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of the previous office management experience
• MS Windows/World /Excel experienced user
• Well developed planning, organizing and decision making skills
• Strong problem analysis, assessment and solving skills
• Good working knowledge of current office equipment and procedures
• Azerbaijan, Russian languages fluently speaking, good knowledge of business English
