Electrical Supervisor (Production)

Following successful commencement of Production the Baku based state of the art manufacturing works requires the assembly of a project team with high skill, proven potential and the ability to drive the vision of CIDC. 

We are currently looking for Electrical Supervisor (Production) to join our Company.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule projects, estimate time and materials, supervise subordinates, maintain records    and files and prepare reports.
• Plan and supervise the work of electricians and automation engineers.
• Plan and estimate all electrical jobs within the new project.
• Maintain records on all electrical jobs and assign to appropriate personnel.
• Recommend procedure revisions when necessary to fully utilize assigned personnel and equipment.
• Determine procedures for maintenance, installation, modification and repair of electrical assignments.
• Inspect work to ensure compliance with standard procedures and electrical assignments.
• Examine electrical services for proper working procedures.
• Analyze all aspects of manufacturing process and determine need for automation.
• Prepare Request for automation and support all phases of the Project.
• Create documents for project phases and acceptance.
• Responsible for the training of personnel in automation.
• Support continuous improvement of existing automation systems.
• Responsible for health, safety and welfare of all activities and staff
• Responsible for preparation of Personal Development Plan and Performance review

Requirements and skills:

• University Degree in Electrical/Power or Automation Engineering
• Relevant work experience:  5 - 7 years
• Work experience with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) ,OP(Operator Panel),TP(Touch Panel),MP (Multi Panel), Transducer and Analog signals :(0-20mA; 4-20mA;±1V;±5V;±10V;)
• Fluency in  Azeri / English / Russian
• Computer skills-MS Office,
• Flexible and fast learning
• Excellent communication, organizational, management and teamwork skills.
