Internal Communications Specialist

Requirements

Higher Education
Minimum 3 years of work experience in event management, in journalism, project management or related field
Experience in writing letters and articles in Azerbaijani and English
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel)
Excellent Azerbaijani, fluent English and Russian;

Required Competencies

Strong communication and presentation skills
Customer oriented
Team player, hard workerand positive thinker
Initiative, proactive and creative

Roles & Responsibilities:

Create, edit, design and distribute news to employees
Evaluate and ensure messages consistency for internal distribution
Administration and managing internal communication channels (Intranet, Information boards, Facebook, etc.)
Research and suggest what information should be presented to employees
Create ideas on employees engagement
Arrangement and coordination of internal events
Ensure employees are engaged in company initiatives
Preparation and following all required documentation flow
Research and evaluate results
Reporting on research results to management team
