• Operates the Dry Cleaning machine and processing all items for dry cleaning as per the established standard operating procedures.
• Spotting to remove stain on articles and other items before processing and to re-spot stains that are not removed during the normal process, using the appropriate chemicals and following the established standard procedures.
• Sorts and segregates every article according to colors shades and kind of materials before loading into the machine and ensures the appropriate processing programs as required.
• Scrutinize every item to carefully check for any defect or discrepancies and conducts the color testing of every item for color fastness.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the assigned equipment and reports to Supervisor, any malfunction of the equipment at first notice for appropriate action.
• Inspects/checks the standard quality of cleaning after processing. Re-process items that are not appropriately cleaned, when necessary.
• Maintains the chemical in use, making sure that they are always sufficient as required and reports to the Supervisor in advance, any foreseeable shortage.
• Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve overall objectives of this position.
• To understand and strictly adhere to the Rules & Regulations established in the Employees Handbook and the Hotel’s policy on Fire, Hygiene, Health& Safety.
• To ensure that all potential and real hazards are reported and rectified immediately.
• To understand and strictly adhere to the Hotel’s Employee rules & regulations.
• To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name tag at all times.
• Performs any other duties as assigned to him/her by management.

1. EXPERIENCE : 5-7 years’ experience as Dry Cleaners in a similar size 5 starts property.
