GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle day-to-day HR operations
Preparation of vacation, sick leave & promotion documents, orders
Addendums and contracts preparation
Documents processing
External letters preparation
Receives and tracks employment applications
Setting up and maintaining personnel files.
Chasing up any unfilled employee paperwork & forms.
Informing staff of any changes to their existing employment contracts.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR
• Fluent in English, Azerbaijani. Russian is an asset
• Ability to organize work and to work productively with minimum supervision
• Demonstrated ability to initiate, form and effectively maintain working relationships with employees
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills in a team setting; ability to effectively manage conflicts

APPOINTMENT TYPE:

Fixes-term appointment
