Job description:

• Work closely with Sales and Presales teams and respond to their needs for demonstrating products to partners and customers
• Act as the focal point in organizing Proof of Concept (PoC) tests as per the company guidelines and assure customer satisfaction and commitment to purchase
• Assist partners and customers in service requests and use of Huawei tools, organize workshops and provide trainings whenever necessary
• Lead project delivery and organize internal resources to make sure the projects are completed at the highest standard
• Constantly study the products and act as technical expert in communication with partners and customers
• Any additional tasks falling under the mission of fulfilling our promise to customers

Requirements:

• At least 5 years hands-on experience as field IT engineer network and security or servers and storage, preferably a solid experience in both
• Have experience in working in customer-centric teams
• Ability to study advanced technical documentation and assessing quality and consistency of HLDs and LLDs
• Have experience in organizing large-scale product demonstration activities for partners and potential customers
• Advanced knowledge of network and security and servers and storage devices
• Solid understanding of and desire to study unified collaboration and fiber-optic network solutions
• Frontline experience of communicating with IT teams of different levels and have project delivery experience
• Mid-level and advanced technical certifications from global ICT vendors
• English language is a must, Russian is preferable
