Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables aligned with industry standards and company goals
• Develop comprehensive project plans, oversee resource allocation, and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, employing strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
• Apply insights gained from leading practices in the energy industry to optimize project workflows, drive efficiency, and foster innovative solutions
• Foster a collaborative team environment, providing guidance and support to project teams while promoting effective communication and conflict resolution

Required skills:

• Proficiency in project management tools/software and demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering successful projects within the energy sector Project Management Expertise

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field; PMP or industry-specific certifications preferred
• 3 years of proven Project Management experience within oil and gas sector is must
• Proven experience with international companies such as BP, Schlumberber, Halliburton etc.
• In-depth knowledge of the energy industry, including exploration, production, refining, and sustainable energy practices
