What is expected from the candidate:
- Performing all personnel administration related activities (hiring, termination, promotion, position changes, replacement, etc.) according to the Azerbaijan Labor Code;
- Processing employment records and related amendments in E-Government System;
- Processing payroll and payroll related processes;
- Performing cross functional tasks such as participating in surveys, business excellence projects, company activities etc.;
- Managing Work/Residence Permit process for expatriate personnel assigned to Azerbaijan;
- Administering health and compulsory insurance programs;
- Arranging and coordinating pre-employment and post-employment quarterly medical check-up for company personnel;
- Maintaining confidentiality of employee information;
- Performing other related duties as required and assigned;
- Preparing and submitting of relevant reports to managers.
What qualifications the candidate need to possess:
- A high school diploma in a related field;
- Good Knowledge of the Labor Code of Azerbaijan Republic;
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a similar role;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Detail-oriented;
- Knowledge of additional languages is preferred.
Location: Amburan Beach (Bilgah)
