PashaPay is a progressive fintech company of one of the largest holdings in Azerbaijan, Pasha Holding. With the help of financial technologies, we want to improve the well-being of the population and give them the opportunity to get a better experience using financial products, and at the same time digitalize the oriental bazaar. We have two products in our portfolio – one of the largest regional payment network Million terminals and m10 electronic wallet, which will replace cash and make a convenient daily payments experience for customers and merchants.

We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our growing team working on our fintech product. Globally, you will work at the intersection of data from different intra-holding companies, you will also participate in the development of internal analytical services and data quality.

Duties:

• Analyze product metrics
• Resurvey
• Edhocks
• Formulate and test hypotheses
• Participate in the development of internal analytical services and data quality
• Work with dashboards
• AB tests

Requirements:

• Product/Data analyst experience from 2 years
• Python, SQL, Excel are must
• Statistical knowledge

Nice to have:

• Experience with Airflow or other orchestrators
• Experience with Power BI, DataIku
