Position Overview:
PASHA Travel is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a strong background in both online and offline marketing strategies, exceptional digital marketing skills, and a passion for the travel industry. The Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns to promote our travel services.
Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance the online presence of PASHA Travel.
- Utilize a variety of online tools, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
Offline Marketing:
- Implement traditional marketing initiatives such as print advertisements, brochures, and local partnerships to reach a diverse audience.
- Plan and coordinate participation in travel fairs, events, and other offline promotional activities.
Vendor Management:
- Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with advertising agencies, printers, and other service providers.
Content Creation:
- Develop engaging and creative content for online and offline marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing and effective promotional assets.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives.
Advertisement Briefs:
- Create detailed and effective briefs for advertising agencies, ensuring that campaign objectives are clearly communicated.
Organizational Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate various marketing activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the travel industry.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluent in Azerbaijani and Russian languages.
- Upper intermediate level of proficiency in English.
