Position: Senior Manager – Traffic Management

Reporting To:  HEAD OF TRAFFIC & TRANSIT OPERATIONS

Purpose:

Develop, monitor and coordinate  the Traffic Management operational program

Key accountabilities:

-Review existing Network and coordinate related  traffic analyses for the City and the Venue specific areas
-Identify the European Games needs for Games Lanes and parking Management schemes
-Collaborate with the appropriate agencies to develop games specific traffic & parking management schemes, where  needed
-Liaise effectively  with Public Transport Operators   & BECOG Public transport to resolve European Games related  issues
-Monitoring the progress of the Road infrastructure projects 

Knowledge, experience and qualifications required:

 Graduate level education in traffic engineering 
-10+ Years’ experience, preferably in traffic management   
- Fluent in English language
-Familiar with the Azeri Public Sector
