                Key Responsibilities:
	- Store Operations: Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience. Manage inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising.
 
	- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of sales associates and support staff, providing training, guidance, and motivation to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
 
	- Customer Engagement: Foster a customer-focused environment by ensuring that customers receive expert assistance and a positive shopping experience.
 
	- Sales Growth: Drive sales growth through effective marketing, promotions, and customer relationship building.
 
	- Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory control, including stock replenishment, stock checks, and optimizing product selection.
 
	- Visual Merchandising: Maintain attractive store displays that showcase our furniture collections effectively.
 
Additional Responsibilities:
	- Vendor Relations: Foster trust relationships with vendors to achieve better pricing and quality of services.
 
	- Supply Chain Management: Place appropriate orders to ensure product availability that meets consumer demands.
 
	- Product Positioning: Determine the positioning of a product category to maximize visibility.
 
	- Marketing Collaboration: Liaise with marketing teams to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities of a product category.
 
	- Product Expansion: Collaborate with buyers and merchandisers to expand product categories.
 
	- Demand Forecasting: Make forecasts for product demand to ensure the sustainability of inventory.
 
	- Budget Oversight: Assume responsibility for budget development and revenue for the category.
 
Requirements:
	- A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, with a background in furniture or a related industry preferred.
 
	- Proven leadership and team management skills.
 
	- Strong sales and customer service skills.
 
	- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
 
	- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
 
	- A passion for furniture and interior design.
 
	- Bachelor's degree
 
	- Language Skills: Proficiency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and/or English
 
	- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
