Develop and implement compensation strategies and programs:
- Design and administer the organization's compensation structure, including base salary, bonuses, incentives, and benefits, in compliance with Azerbaijani labor laws.
- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages in the local market.
- Collaborate with HR and management to develop compensation plans that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain a job evaluation system to ensure internal equity and consistency.
- Stay informed about changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Communicate compensation and benefits information to employees through various channels.
- Utilize data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Negotiate contracts with external benefits providers and manage vendor relationships.
- Work closely with HR and management teams on performance management processes, including merit increases and performance-based bonuses.
Collaborate with stakeholders:
- Coordinate with HR, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll and compensation processes, considering Azerbaijani labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with external vendors, such as payroll service providers or benefits administrators, to ensure smooth operations and compliance with local requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional) is a plus.
- Extensive experience in compensation and benefits administration
- In-depth knowledge of Azerbaijani labor laws and regulations related to compensation and payroll.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration, and job evaluation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Proven negotiation and vendor management experience.
