Caspian Investment and Development Corporation (“CIDC Baku LLC”) is embarking on a major project in the production of fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) and the production of raw materials to facilitate this strategy with the development of a new plant.

Following successful commencement of Production the Baku based state of the art manufacturing works requires the assembly of a project team with high skill, proven potential and the ability to drive the vision of CIDC. 
 
We are currently seeking a Process/Production Engineer to join the Company.

The duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Work in full compliance with the general work order and discipline of the company and laws and regulations.
• Organize and control all activities of production and maintenance staff of tissue converting.
• Ensure productions made according to the production plan
• Coordinate all efforts of production and maintenance teams
• Responsible and organizing all requirements and permits for the operation of the steam boilers, pressure vessels, gas supply systems, discharge of waste water and other process oriented requirements
• Supervision of all process system installation works, during the project
• Ability to optimise the process during production
• Research of raw materials with high quality and suppliers
• Coordinating all aspect with other technical disciplines for the project as well with all required issues with colleagues departments
• During product change overs ensure the change over has been accomplished according to the procedures, production plan and time frame.
• Ensure machine cleaning and regular checks/controls are well performed during the shut downs.
• Interact closely with the lab to coordinate immediate corrective actions when required to ensure consistent product quality.
• Make sure all consumables and Raw materials are purchased and available.
• Closely follow the performances of subordinates and identify the needs to improve their skills and performances.
• Ensure implementation of standard operating procedures for all production activities.
• Assist in the selection of the competent and qualified personnel for the scheduled and non-scheduled work tasks, including maintenance, repair and modification of equip-ment

Requirements:

- Higher Educational degree (Mechanical, Process, Production or Industrial Engineering)
- Relevant work experience: 5 -7 years (preferably in Production/Manufacturing Industry)
- Fluency in Azeri, English, Russian
- Good knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD
- Flexible and fast learning
- Excellent communication, organizational and teamwork skills.
- Excellent supervision skills.
