Salary: 696 AZN 

Social package:

Workplace: Plant in Balakhani.
Condition: The Plant site area.
Working hours from 8:00 to 17:00 for 5 days in a week (Monday to Friday).

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates (1 year of experience in purchasing works is desirable).
• Bachelor degree in related field.
• Upper intermediate level in English.
• Ability to work with Office programs.

Key responsibilities:

• Register incoming purchasing requests;
• Accepts offers from service providers, analyses them, and discusses them with higher management;
• Deliver goods and services in accordance with internal customers requests (quality, quantity, on time delivery);
• Sends purchase order to service provider and follows up the delivery of the good;
• Conducts required documentation for purchased goods;
• Archives completed purchased orders;
• Provides Accounting Department with required information by the end of month on payments to Service providers;
• Guarantee equitable approach of suppliers;
• Comply with applicable environmental, health and safety statutory requirements, company QHSSE policy and accepted safe work practices and procedures.
